At Diwa Food Distributors, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in the following cases:

Product is expired or close to expiry at the time of delivery
If you face any of the above issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and proof of purchase. Based on availability, we will either replace the item or process a full refund.

Products returned without valid reason or beyond 48 hours

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping (if requested). Refunds, once approved, will be credited to the original payment method within 5β7 business days.
